KORA

THE CURVE AS A NEW KITCHEN ACCENT

Sunshine filters through the wide window of a penthouse overlooking the city, creating a welcoming atmosphere, soft and enveloping. At the center emerges the new Arclinea Kora island, a sculptural presence in travertine marble, paired with the Folia table at its side.

Behind the island, fitted cabinetry in tobacco oak conceals the functional kitchen. Stone, wood, and stainless steel, a clear and cohesive material language, foster a quiet sense of domestic warmth.

Designed by Antonio Citterio, Kora introduces a new design shaped by the curve – rounded corners, continuous welcoming forms.

The Italia marble door incorporates its namesake handle. Carved directly into the stone and precisely inset, its touch of Stainless Steel completes the aesthetic, adding a hint of polished professionalism.

The curved side panel, rather than being carved from a single block of marble, utilizes a new technology to reduce material waste. The tapered Era-designed countertop delivers a sleek yet elegant profile, bringing a lighter, refreshed energy to the space.

Perpendicular to the Kora island sits Teca, a defining element that anchors the collection.

Conceived for wine storage, Teca seamlessly unites advanced performance with a composed, balanced aesthetic. Teca’s Stainless Steel exterior perfectly contrasts a walnut finish interior with a twofold purpose: ensure optimal conditions for wine storage while also allowing it to be elegantly displayed as well.

Behind the island, oven columns integrate with Modus doors, which open as needed to reveal the working area – a monobloc marble worktop.

Italia doors in NTF tobacco oak perfectly pair with coordinated shelving and accessories, a system designed with clarity and purpose.

A seamless living and dining area completes the space, as a Vesper table echoes the same material as the Kora island, travertine marble.
